During my tenure at Smiths Medical, a leading global medical device company, I played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s visual identity as part of the in-house creative team. Tasked with leading the development and implementation of new brand guidelines, I collaborated closely with
cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and communication materials.
A key aspect of my role involved revising and redesigning existing collateral to adhere to the updated brand standards. This required meticulous attention to detail to maintain brand integrity while modernizing the materials for a global audience. Additionally, I spearheaded the process of translating and localizing these assets into 12 different languages, ensuring that the brand’s messaging resonated effectively across diverse markets.
This project not only enhanced Smiths Medical’s brand cohesion but also demonstrated my expertise in brand management, multilingual adaptation, and delivering high-quality creative solutions within the medical device industry’s highly regulated environment.
